카카오톡 메시지는 국내에서 가장 많은 이용자를 보유한 메신저 채널입니다. 세일즈맵은 카카오 알림톡과의 연동을 통해 세일즈맵에 저장된 고객에게 카카오톡 메시지를 발송하실 수 있도록 지원하고 있습니다.

세일즈맵에서 알림톡을 연동하면 다음과 같은 기능을 사용하실 수 있습니다.
