1️⃣ SMS> 템플릿에서 **\[+ 템플릿]** 버튼으로 새로운 템플릿 생성

2️⃣ 세일즈맵에서 제공되는 템플릿 혹은 기본 템플릿에서 편집

3️⃣ 데이터 필드를 활용해 개인화된 문자 메세지를 발송할 수 있도록 설정

## 문자 발송

앞서, 미리 생성해둔 문자 메세지 템플릿 혹은 새롭게 문자 메세지를 작성하여 고객에게 발송이 가능합니다.\
수신 번호와 발신 번호, 제목까지 설정한 뒤, 바로 \[발송] 버튼을 누르면, 손쉽게 완료\~ 👍

## 메세지함 관리

문자 메세지를 발송한 뒤, SMS> \[보낸 문자 메세지함]에서 문자를 검색하여 찾거나,\
\[**+ 작성]** 버튼으로 새로운 문자 메세지를 추가 작성하여 발송이 가능합니다.
